TITLE: POOL SITE MANAGER
2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Requirements:
|
- A valid New Jersey Water Safety Instructor Certificate.
- A valid Lifeguard Certificate.
- Knowledge of operating a Daktronics Timing System.
- Record of positive work ethic qualities: attendance, job performance, and professionalism.
- Successfully undergo a criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Meets the health qualifications required of all personnel.
- Meets NJ residency requirements or willingness to relocate to NJ within 365 days of employment.
- Must follow the guidelines of the Camden County Technical Schools’ Nepotism Policy, File Code: 0142.1.

POSITION GOAL: To provide Supervision for all aspects of running a swim meet.
REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics and Student Activities
PERFORMANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Pool Site Manager will ensure the safety of swim meet participants, all spectators and officials.
- The Pool Site Manager will perform Lifeguard services and/or Timing System Operator if necessary.
- In all emergencies, the Pool Site Manager will contact ambulance/police when necessary along with Security and the Director of Athletics.
- The Pool Site Manager will do all crowd control and notify Security and Police when necessary,
- The Pool Site Manager will supervise the locker rooms as necessary in conjunction with the coaches. The locker rooms will be inspected for cleanliness and damage after each session.
- The Pool Site Manager will be responsible for filling out all accident forms regarding injury.
- The Pool Site Manager will report all incidents to the Director of Athletics.
